Please note that return shipping and taxes are subject to the local shipping carrier you choose. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
• Items returned by mail must be in all
• original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
• No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Orders are confirmed 12 hours after they’re placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. Therefore, Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.
If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or quality issue, please contact our customer service immediately. Our policy lasts 72 hours since your delivery date. If the 72-hour period has gone, we can’t offer you a replacement.
To file a claim, please send us an email to Christine@luxuryjewel.co and include the following information (this is a must):
• Order number
• Unboxing video
• Video/photo of the defective product
• Label Images
If the problem is significant, we will send you a replacement within a reasonable time. In this event, the original product can be kept at the customer’s disposal.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email, and a refund will be processed after that.
Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
During a “free worldwide shipping” sale, orders that are returned back to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/returned to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping and handling charges would have been without the promotion.
